Shipping - Handling and Shipping Charges

bronnleyusa.com Shipping charges include - Shipping charges, handling charges, insurance and packing materials.

bronnleyusa.com will determine the best carrier to ship your  package's.  We may choose to ship US Mail, UPS or Fed-Ex Ground.  We are sorry, but at this time we are unable to take request for specific carriers, unless you have paid for an extra service.

Shipments going to more than one person will be treated as separate orders.

If you are shipping a gift, please be sure to fill in the Shipping Address with the recipients correct name and address.  (You must put your name and address in billing detail.)

Our shipments are shipped standard shipping to destinations in the Continental United States.  We may use Parcel Post to PO Boxes.  (Parcel Post can take up to three weeks to deliver)

Orders shipping outside the US will take longer to receive.  Please allow up to six weeks depending on your location.  We will ship your order as quickly as possible.  Please be aware that International Orders will incur additional shipping charges.  All International orders must be hand delivered to the Post Office or other Carrier and will delay the order a day or so.  We can not ship any Cologne type items with International Orders.  Due to rising International Shipping cost, packages weighing more than 15lbs  going outside the US may occur additional shipping charges than those charged at time of check out.  Customer order's that fall under this policy will be notified prior to processing the order.   Please contact us with any questions you may have related to his policy.  INTERNATIONAL ORDERS TO DO NOT QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING OR EXPRESS SHIPPING THROUGH THE WEB SITE. 

Orders can take up to five to ten days to be processed, but usually orders are shipped within 24 hours. 

For standard shipping deliveries, please allow 5 to 7 business days to receive your order once it ships.

Incorrect shipping information received by us from a customer (wrong street address, wrong zip code or state) may delay your order and can cause you to incur extra shipping charges for address correction.

Express Shipping Charges will be an additional charge to your credit card.  The express amount will not be charged at the time the order is placed.  Orders over $ 100.00 must call for Express Shipping Charges.
