Answer:  Bronnley of London does not undertake animal testing neither do they knowingly work with any suppliers who themselves conduct animal testing.  Within the  long supply chains with which modern day logistics are beset, Bronnley is sure that you will understand that it is not possible to be absolutely 100% sure of all companies further down the supply chains, but the fact that their products do not at all contain any animal extracts (even their soaps no longer contain tallow or lanolin, but are vegetable base.

Answer:  Orders are processed within five days after placing order, and depending on where you live, the order can take an additional five days to arrive to destination.  Sometimes our computer count may be off and an item may be out of stock.  If the order will arrive within five days, your order will be held and shipped complete when stock arrives.  Orders that are not able to be shipped complete, will result in a back order and the back order will ship as soon as product arrives at no additional cost to the customer.
