Answer:  We have our regular shopping cart that is based on a secure site and we have PayPal Shopping Cart (You do not have to be a PayPal customer to use the PayPal Shopping Cart)  for customers who would prefer to use PayPal.  The two shopping carts are not interchangeable, you must shop with one or the other.  When you enter "Buy Bronnley" link, you are taken to our online secure shopping cart and all links within are for that shopping cart.  When you enter the PayPal Shopping cart, the links are set up the same way, all links are within the PayPal Shopping Cart.  Please email us with any questions regarding the shopping carts available.

Answer:  As long as the original transaction was through us, than we are happy to give a refund for the product once it is returned back to us with an explanation with the return.  Returns must be made no later than 15 days of the order being received, unless other circumstances arise and these will be addressed for each instance.

Answer:  Bronnley of London does not undertake animal testing neither do they knowingly work with any suppliers who themselves conduct animal testing.  Within the  long supply chains with which modern day logistics are beset, Bronnley is sure that you will understand that it is not possible to be absolutely 100% sure of all companies further down the supply chains, but the fact that their products do not at all contain any animal extracts (even their soaps no longer contain tallow or lanolin, but are vegetable base.

Answer:  Orders are processed within five days after placing order, and depending on where you live, the order can take an additional five days to arrive to destination.  Sometimes our computer count may be off and an item may be out of stock.  If the order will arrive within five days, your order will be held and shipped complete when stock arrives.  Orders that are not able to be shipped complete, will result in a back order and the back order will ship as soon as product arrives at no additional cost to the customer.   Sometimes orders may take longer to ship due to high volume, please allow up to 14 days near holidays.
