Back orders
Orders that have back orders on them will
have a notice sent out by email, or regular postal service.
Back orders will not be charged until the
items have shipped from our warehouse. Orders placed via the web site will
have a credit issued to there credit card for items that was unable to ship.
Shipping charges on back orders will be paid by bronnleyusa.com/BLM Gifts
Back Orders that can't ship within 30 days,
will be canceled and customer will be notified that the item was not able to
be shipped. We will also let you know when the said back ordered item is
expected into our warehouse.

Return Policy
Should you receive your product damaged,
please
contact us as soon
as possible. We will direct you on what we want you to do with the damaged
item and how to return it to us.
If you order an item that you are not happy
with, please
contact us on how
to return it back for a refund. Bronnleyusa.com will only refund the
amount of the product. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
bronnleyusa.com /BLM Gifts are not
responsible for return shipping charges, unless return is due to damage.
Our Data
Base Policy
A customer will remain in our data base for two years from
date of last order, unless we are asked to remove name and address.
Bronnleyusa.com/BLM Gifts does not sell our data base or lend it out. We do
not give out telephone numbers or any personal information of our customers.

Payment Methods

Charges on your credit card will appear under
"BLM Gifts".
During check out you will be asked for the
CVC number on your card. This is requested as an additional security
measure. Orders placed by phone will also be asked for this number.
International Orders: Orders placed to ship outside the US
will have a verification process to insure the card does belong to the
person placing the order. When placing order, be sure that the credit card
number and the correct billing address is entered.
